Accessible Seating

Parking is available for guests with disabilities at all public entrances to The Sonnentag. Van-accessible parking spaces are located adjacent to the South entrance. These spaces are well-marked and are monitored by our staff. Please remember that all vehicles must display state-issued accessible parking tags or placards to park in these spaces. 

All entrances to The Sonnentag are at street level. There are no steps or ramps to maneuver in or out of the entrances. We also have handi-accessible automatic doors that will open at the push of a button. The main entrance is located on the West side of the building and has three entries available. 

An elevator is available for use in assisting guests with disabilities to access the upper levels and seats on the arena floor. Elevator availability can be limited, however, depending upon the type and nature of a given event. We kindly ask that priority use of the elevator be given to individuals with disabilities. 

Handy-accessible restrooms, locker rooms, and water fountains are available on both levels of The Sonnentag. Accessible bathroom and shower stalls are equipped with support bars and toiletries within easy reach. We kindly ask that priority use of handy-accessible stalls and facilities be given to individuals with disabilities. 

The Sonnentag adheres to state and federal laws and regulations regarding service animals for guests. Therefore, service animals that are individually trained to do work and/or perform tasks for the person with a disability, and are wearing their state-mandated rabies vaccination tag, are welcome in The Sonnentag. However, current laws do not protect the use of an emotional support animal in Public Places of Accommodation and are therefore not allowed in The Sonnentag. Guests using a service animal are responsible for the animal’s care and supervision when present at The Sonnentag, and the service animal must remain on a leash or harness at all times.
