Tickets can be purchased at the Box Office or online through AXS. All events now feature mobile entry, with tickets delivered electronically and accessible on the day of the event via a mobile device such as a smartphone. For more information, please visit our Mobile Ticketing page.
AXS is the only authorized website for purchasing tickets to events at The Sonnentag. Tickets obtained from other websites (such as StubHub, Craigslist, etc.) are considered “buyer beware.” The Sonnentag cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased from unauthorized sources. Only valid tickets will successfully scan and grant entry. We are not responsible for invalid tickets bought from non-authorized websites or individuals, and patrons holding invalid tickets will not be admitted into events.
Children 2 years and older are required to have a ticket for all events. Some shows may have different requirements, necessitating a ticket for children younger than 2 years old. For specific age requirements, please refer to the event's ticketing page or contact us at (715)-836-2000 if you have any questions.
The Box Office accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Our credit card machines are equipped with NFC technology, enabling contactless payments through Apple Pay, Google Pay, and any major credit card with Tap-to-Pay functionality. While these electronic payment methods are preferred, cash is also accepted at the box office.
Parking at The Sonnentag is included in the admission price for all events. For events that do not require a ticket for admission, parking is free. Handicap drop-off and parking are available at the North entrance.
