The Sonnentag offers the convenience and ease of mobile ticketing for most events via AXS.
With our secure and efficient mobile entry system, your tickets are delivered electronically, allowing seamless access directly from your smartphone. Ticket Delivery Options
Mobile tickets are the primary and preferred option to gain access to events at The Sonnentag. Tickets can also be purchased in person at the Box Office. Tickets purchased in person will be delivered to a mobile device. All event attendees must have a valid ticket to gain access to ticketed events. This may mean transferring tickets to other people in your party if arriving at the event at different times.
If you do not have a smartphone or mobile device, please see the Alternative Ticketing Options section. If you are having technical issues, please visit the Box Office on the day of your event for help.
Accessing Mobile Tickets
For tickets purchased via AXS:
- Open the AXS app on your smartphone.
- Android: Tap the menu icon on the top left of the screen and click “My Events.”
- Apple: Tap the “My Events” icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Sign in and tap on your order.
- Click “View Barcode” to access your tickets.
- Present the barcode at the door to be scanned for entry and you’re in!
For tickets purchased directly from Blugold Athletics:
- Using your mobile device, go online to: https://uwec.universitytickets.com
- Log into your account.
- Select game
- Click ‘View Barcode’
- Present the barcode at the door to be scanned for entry and you’re in!
Additional Ticketing Information
Tickets Purchased at the Box Office
Tickets purchased at the Box Office will also be delivered electronically and require a mobile number and email address. Your tickets will be sent to the mobile number provided and your email address will be kept on file so we may contact you should an event be postponed or cancelled. When you receive the text message, click on the link received to open your tickets.
If you purchase tickets for an event happening the same day, simply show tickets at the door. If you purchase tickets for a future event, you can click on ‘manage’ at the bottom of the ticket, log into your AXS account, and save the tickets to your AXS account for easy access at the event. You can also save tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay app for easy access.
Alternative Ticketing Info
Tickets of any kind printed at home are not valid and cannot be used for event access. Additionally, PDFs, screenshots, and pictures of tickets are also not valid for use. All tickets are delivered electronically and must be presented through the AXS App.
If the purchaser does not have a smartphone, but someone else in the party does, the purchaser can log into their account online at www.axs.com and transfer their tickets to another person in their party. That person must go into their email and ‘accept’ the tickets, at which point they will be moved to this person’s account to present for event access.
If the purchaser does not have a smartphone and no one in the party will have a smartphone when attending the event, the purchaser can bring their photo ID and account number to the box office the day/night of the event and the Box Office can print tickets.
AXS.com is the only authorized website for purchasing tickets to events at The Sonnentag. Tickets obtained from other websites (such as StubHub, Craigslist, etc.) are considered “buyer beware.” The Sonnentag cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased from unauthorized sources. Only valid tickets will successfully scan and grant entry. We are not responsible for invalid tickets bought from non-authorized websites or individuals, and patrons holding invalid tickets will not be admitted into events.
