How to Join:
- Create an account at The Store, Box Office, or Center of Health and Wellbeing desk.
- Register and pay before class begins.
- Check in at the fitness desk.
- Sign a liability waiver before your first class.
Bootcamp
High-energy cardio bootcamp designed to elevate your cardiovascular conditioning while building strength and core stability. This dynamic workout incorporates metabolic conditioning drills to maximize calorie burn and improve overall fitness. Suitable for all levels, these sessions ensure a challenging and rewarding experience that pushes your limits.
Please wear comfortable workout attire, tennis shoes, and bring a water bottle. All equipment will be provided for you.

Get ready to sweat with this rewarding 45-minute strength focused class. All exercises are resistance based to challenge and strengthen your body! Suitable for all levels, this class ensures a challenging and rewarding experience that pushes your limits.
