How many guests can we accommodate in the event center?
We can accommodate up to 5,000 attendees in our event center, depending on the type of event and its layout. We'd be happy to provide a more accurate capacity once we discuss your specific needs. Feel free to reach out for a personalized consultation.
Do you have a minimum rental requirement for the event?
We do not have a minimum time requirement for rentals. Our rentals start at one hour, and any duration shorter than an hour will still require a full hour's payment.
What is your alcohol policy? Do you provide bartending services?
Professional Sports Catering (PSC) is the exclusive catering service for The Sonnentag, offering both food and bar services. Please note that all alcohol must be provided and served by PSC; outside alcohol is not permitted. For more details about PSC and their offerings, please visit their page.
Do you provide an onsite coordinator or event staff?
We do have event staff available during your event to answer any questions and ensure a smooth experience. If you require staff available the entire event, please include that in your rental form and we can discuss options.
