No Smoking
The Sonnentag is a smoke-free facility. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted within or around the facility.
Bag Policy
To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite fan entry into the venue, the SONNENTAG has adopted a policy that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into the venue. Exceptions to this policy will be made for all medically necessary items after proper inspection. The SONNENTAG strongly encourages fans not to bring any bags, but fans will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package, or container at venue plaza areas, entry doors, or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry into the venue:
• Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" or 30.5 x 15.25 x 30.5 cm. This includes clear backpacks, clear fanny packs and clear cinch bags that fit within the permissible dimensions.
• No buckles, grommets/hardware or décor can be concealing any part of the bag. • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziplock bag or similar).
• Logo can only be on one side of the bag.
• Small bags, non-clear bags that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5" in size, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bags.
• Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: coolers, briefcases, non-clear backpacks, non-clear fanny packs, non-clear cinch bags, non-approved seat cushions, luggage of any kind, computer bags, and camera or binocular bags, or any non-clear bag larger than the permissible size (4.5" x 6.5")
Restricted Items
All guests entering The Sonnentag are subject to search and security screening prior to entering the venue. The Sonnentag reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone carrying items that may cause a danger or disruption to the event or to other guests. Any guest who declines to be searched or who is found in possession of prohibited items will be denied entry or ejected from The Sonnentag.
Below is a list of prohibited items. Other items not listed may be prohibited subject to management’s discretion.
• Professional cameras, detachable lenses or external flash units, or recording equipment (aside from smartphones) for audio, image, or video recording purposes.
• Selfie sticks or telescopic devices, including tripods or camera poles.
• Glass containers
• Outside Food & beverage – anyone attempting to bring outside alcohol into the venue will be denied entry or ejected.
• Cigarettes, cigars, or any type of e-cigarettes
• Items intended to create optical distraction or illusion including flags, banners, or signs larger than 36” x 24” or signs of a commercial, political or vulgar nature.
• Weapons including knives, guns, firearms, knives of any size, stun guns/tasers, bats, or poles.
• Explosives including fireworks.
• Hazardous items including fuels, torches, chemicals, batteries, or aerosols (including pepper spray/gel)
• Tools, razor blades, scissors, spurs etc.
• Skateboards, scooters, roller shoes, one wheel Segways.
• Animals unless a service animal, as defined by the American Disabilities Act
• Sealed packages of any kind such as wrapped presents.
• Noisemaking devices of any kind including whistles, air horns, vuvuzelas, and cow bells
• Drones or other model aircrafts
• Frisbees, beach balls, inflatables, or other projectiles
• Laser pointing devices or flashlights.
• Laptops, iPads, tablets
Cell Phone Policy
CELL PHONE USE IS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE ARTIST. Guests may be required to place cell phones into approved containers or bags if the event requires
Service Animals
The Sonnentag strictly adheres to State and Federal Laws and Regulations regarding service animals for guests. Therefore, service animals that are individually trained to do work and/or perform tasks for the person with a disability and are wearing their state mandated rabies vaccination tag are welcome in The Sonnentag. However, the laws do not protect the use of an emotional support animal in Public Places of Accommodation and are therefore not allowed in The Sonnentag. Please refer to Wisconsin.gov for details.
Children
Children who have not reached their second birthday will not require a ticket provided they remain in a parent’s lap for the duration of the event unless otherwise directed by the event.
Re-Entry
The Sonnentag is a no re-entry facility. All guests entering the arena must have a valid event ticket to gain admission, once admitted, no re-entry is permitted.
